Hello dear friend!

Welcome to my blog post on the power of positive desperation. ‘Why a blog post on desperation?,’ you may ask. Well, I know for sure, that to become outstanding in life, you require a measure of positive desperation because desperation is what births manifestation.

I also decided to do a blog post on this topic because I know that GOD has promised you a lot of things. Take Genesis 12:2 for instance: “And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:” (Genesis 12:2). And to access His promises, you need to apply the force of positive desperation.

So, what is desperation? Desperation, which can either be positive or negative can be referred to as a state or process of restlessness brought on by great urgency to achieve, gain or acquire something.  It is also the point or act of sustained perseverance, doggedness and determination to attain or achieve that which must be achieved. It is an unquenchable drive from within.

Dear friend, if you must see or experience the plan and blessings of God in your life, a level of desperation must be employed. It’s Biblical. Check these passages out: “And from the days of John the Baptist till now, the kingdom of heaven is forcing its way in, and men of force take it.” Mathew 11:12 Bible in Basic English. God’s Words translation of the same passage says: “From the time of John the Baptizer until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful people have been seizing it.”

You wish to attain that dream, finish that project, reach that height and access GOD’S precious promises to you? Then GET DESPERATE to attain that realm or walk in the promised blessing! This is because desperation is the mother of manifestation.

One of the things I see in my husband is that, he is so serious minded about anything he puts his mind to. Sometimes he says, “I desire to step into this new realm of the Unction and into a new realm of the Anointing” and at such times, he acts with desperation and urgency. At such times too, he gets very focused, until he has achieved and arrived at the subject of his desperation.

Dear friend, until we come to such a point of forcefulness; a point of desperation and urgency, blessings might elude us; that dream and aspiration may never see the light of day.

So, rise up in desperation and begin to take steps that will cause to enter the realm you desire. Remember: Don’t relent until you have seen the result(s) you desire.

Receive a baptism of positive desperation to work towards achieving your desires and accessing the promised blessing, in JESUS NAME!
